How Springbak® Supports Faster, More Efficient Movement
Running speed is influenced by several factors, including stride length, stride frequency, ground-contact time, strength, technique, and conditioning. Springbak® Springsoles were developed to work beneath the foot during repeated athletic movement while preserving the natural feel of the athlete’s footwear.
The ultra-thin design uses resilient performance materials engineered to respond under the forces created during sprinting, running, jumping, and landing. Unlike bulky replacement insoles, Springsoles are designed to fit beneath the existing insole or footbed, depending on the shoe, without requiring a larger shoe size.
Springbak® does not replace training, coaching, strength development, or proper technique. It is designed to become part of an athlete’s existing footwear system and support confident, consistent movement from warm-up through competition.
