Challenge One: The Three-Hop Power Test

This simple challenge compares your combined distance over three consecutive standing hops.

  1. Warm up properly before beginning.
  2. Mark a clear starting line on a flat, dry surface.
  3. Stand with both feet behind the line.
  4. Perform three consecutive two-foot hops without stopping between jumps.
  5. Measure from the starting line to the back of your heels after the third landing.
  6. Record your distance.

Test Your Core Rotation

  1. Stand comfortably with your feet shoulder-width apart.
  2. Keep your feet planted and face straight ahead.
  3. Extend your arms in front of you or cross them over your chest.
  4. Slowly rotate your upper body as far as is comfortable without moving your feet.
  5. Note your finishing position.
  6. Insert Springbak® Springsoles and repeat the same movement.
  7. Compare your comfort, balance, control, and range of rotation.
